An 8 week science-based, secular program which meets one day per week, two and half hours per session. MBSR, supported by 40 years of research, is widely considered the gold standard not only in teaching mindfulness, but in building a habit of mindfulness among participants.
mPEAK Retreat
Mindful Performance Enhancement Awareness & Knowledge
An 8 week program rooted in MBSR, specifically designed for people who need to achieve peak performance in stressful situations. Ideal for athletes, first responders, executives, lawyers, performers, etc. It meets one day per week, two and half hours per session.

Kimberly Morrison
Kimberly is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, a Certified Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide, and a trained Yoga practitioner. She came to mindfulness in nature, lucky enough to have spent the best days of her childhood in the Adirondack Mountains (where she continues to hike the high peaks) — and was more formally introduced to meditation 15+ years ago. Be it times of great financial uncertainty, or her former career as a political operative, or being a mother of four children, who continues to grieve the loss of a child after years of caregiving, or decades of coaching youth sports (including two daughters who landed in top ten D1 programs), she is no stranger to the stressors of daily life.
Mindfulness presented itself as a gift in her life, and she has created an opportunity to introduce others to this healthy and accessible route to resiliency.
