Mindfulness is not just for monks. We are householders with full, busy lives—but being busy doesn’t mean we have to feel overwhelmed. Responsibilities don’t have to feel like burdens, relationships don’t have to be complicated, and grief doesn’t have to consume us entirely. Through mindfulness, we can reconnect with what it feels like to sleep well and to feel truly well, no matter the internal or external stressors we face.

Our Mission

To guide clients in developing a mindfulness practice that does not empty the mind but cultivates awareness of thoughts, allowing them to see situations clearly and choose their responses instead of being trapped by unconscious, unhealthy patterns of behavior.

Kimberly Morrison

Kimberly is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, a Certified Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide, and a trained Yoga practitioner. She came to mindfulness in nature, lucky enough to have spent the best days of her childhood in the Adirondack Mountains (where she continues to hike the high peaks) — and was more formally introduced to meditation 15+ years ago. Be it times of great financial uncertainty, or her former career as a political operative, or being a mother of four children, who continues to grieve the loss of a child after years of caregiving, or decades of coaching youth sports (including two daughters who landed in top ten D1 programs), she is no stranger to the stressors of daily life.
Mindfulness presented itself as a gift in her life, and she has created an opportunity to introduce others to this healthy and accessible route to resiliency.
